A Heart for Detroit. A Voice for the People.

Victoria Collier is a proud daughter of Detroit — a lifelong resident shaped by the strength, spirit, and resilience of our city. From her earliest days, Victoria has been dedicated to serving others through faith, community action, and grassroots leadership.

A graduate of Southeastern High School of Technology, Victoria went on to earn her degrees in Science and Marketing from Davenport University and Wayne County Community College, all while building a career rooted in service and support. As a certified and licensed pharmacy technician, she has worked closely with families across the city, understanding firsthand the real needs facing Detroiters every day.

Beyond her professional work, Victoria is deeply committed to her community. Through her involvement with organizations like Our Own Backbone, the Grassroots Caucus, and her service as a Precinct Delegate, she has always fought to make sure Detroit voices are heard. Her passion for community empowerment also shines through her work with Refuge Temple Cathedral of His Glory, where she supports youth programs, health initiatives, and neighborhood outreach efforts.

Victoria is running for Detroit City Council At-Large because she believes leadership should be rooted in compassion, accountability, and action. She is determined to help create safer neighborhoods, stronger schools, better economic opportunities, and a Detroit where every voice matters.

Victoria isn’t just asking for your vote — she’s asking you to join a movement for real, lasting change. Together, we can move Detroit forward, one community at a time.
